LDSC: MLS Access for Ward Exec Sec

On question would be what rights are needed to update the temple recommend
expiration date. In every Ward I have been in this is something the Exec Sec
does. I am sure this requires at least the same rights that the Membership
Clerk has if not full admin rights.

I can't see any good reason why the Exec Sec should be precluded from admin
rights.  He's in every meeting the Ward Clerk is in, and has, perhaps, a
greater insight on the ward than the Ward Clerk (since the Exec Sec
schedules all the Bishop's interviews).  Makes sense to me to give the Exec
Sec admin rights so long as he's as trustworthy as the Ward Clerk.
