I got a call tonight from a clerk who tells me that there are NO
usernames on his machine to select from when trying to log into MLS.
MLS was working properly Sunday afternoon. The clerk came back later
that evening, and when he clicked the hourglass, there were no names to
select from. They have tried several times yesterday and today with the
same result, so they called me.
The simplest thing would probably be to just add all the users back in,
but how does one get into MLS to do that with no users?
I think I've seen this problem listed here before, but I don't recall
the resolution.
Can anyone help me out?
