LDSC: Is use of ward & stake websites low everywhere?

What I'm asking for is to make the local unit websites friendly to the
miniature web browser found in today's cell phones.  That would make the
website far more accessible in church using the technology that most members
have.  Look up a phone number or check the church calendar anytime anywhere
as long as you have your cell phone handy. 

Yes, WiFi for PDAs and laptops would be nice, but how many people have them?


Yes, allowing the clerk's computer to access the site would be nice, but how
many people would that benefit?

But modify the main website and now a whole bunch of users can use the
device they already have in church, outside of church, on the road between
HT/VT appointments, anywhere you have your cell phone and can get service.
No need to deploy anything to thousands of buildings.  Seems like this would
have the highest Bang for the Buck factor of any ideas floated so far.
