Here is the current situation:
Two wards needed new machines. Machine #1 arrived and was deployed,
with the old machine brought back to the stake center to await redeployment.
Machine #2 arrived (after being "backordered" for two months) but FM
didn't tell anybody that it was in until they were specifically asked,
when they said they would not deliver the new machine until the PC
swapped out from the other ward was sent back to Dell and they (FM) had
the "disposal certificate" in their hands. Until then, the 2nd ward can
suck a lemon because they aren't getting their new machine.
The stake president told them that he wanted to redeploy the machine
elsewhere in the stake and they replied that if he had a problem with it
he should call SLC, but they don't have to deliver the new machine until
they are good and ready.
