Note that even when the record is updated, it will be hard to see. If I
remember correctly, you just about have to print the record to see it. It's
not on any screen. That's why it's important to at least preview if not
print the membership records when they arrive.

You don't. Salt Lake does it once the report reaches the First Presidency's
office. The record will then be updated in your MLS.
