BUT remember that NO local Records/documents are Supposed to be KEPT of
Discipline Actions After it is sent to Salt Lake.

Caution: The stake is supposed to tell the ward-level administration
that the disciplinary material has been sent to SLC. The ward is then
obligated to destroy any retained records of the administrative action.
