Unless things have Changed you get/order the Endorsement Stamp from Salt
Lake.
Although IF you are using a LOCAL Deposit bank you might deal with them.
Although I normally don't recommend it because it is SO frustrating but
you might need to play a little "Phone Tag" with Salt Lake.
