While the instructions claim that the name is case-sensitive, I've
never seen Windows do that. The Password IS case sensitive and the
new password is all lower case. (Is the caps lock key off?) I'll
give one hint: The new password policy requires passwords be at least
8 characters. You'll need that knowledge if you want to add more
accounts for non-MLS users.
The lockout will clear after 15 minutes.
Since it's unlikely that the image was changed, the instructions
should be correct. I'd call the stake clerk back and ask for
assistance.
