Well, um, er, to save him the need to take the 5th, I would just
mention here that it is obvious someone has been reading the
actual computer guidelines and has figured out that the budget
is not an approved funding source, either.
Unless, of course, there was a repair. Or, perhaps, one of the
surge protectors the local unit is supposed to pay for came in
a very small package and they are storing it in a memory slot
next to the current memory card just in case the one they are
using fails.
You never know.
