I located the emergency plans once located on ProvidentLiving.org. I'm
pretty confident they are no longer on that site, but I have uploaded
them to the Files area for ldsclerks on Yahoo Groups, in a folder
called Emergency Plans. You might find them to be a helpful starting
point.
There are 4 documents: A sample emergency plan as well as a worksheet
for creating the plan, at both the ward and stake level.
