If you have the printout from the church on Official Policy for Church
Computers it clearly states they are responsible for replacing
computers. You might call MLS support if he is not willing to budge or
email them.
The existing computer is an unbranded homebrew with unidentified
components (which drivers to use?) that doesn't have the minimum
requirements of 1.0 GHz CPU speed.
The regional FM chief sent out a memo saying essentially that he doesn't
have to replace it because SLC didn't actually mean that he was supposed
to when they sent out the instructions.
