Does anyone have a good E-copy of the one page (2 sided) report form the
Ward sends to the stake and/or 1st Presidency following a Bishop
disciplinary Council. I have a paper copy but would like a e-copy that I
can save... fill out on my computer... and reuse later, thus disguising the
fact that I have really bad handwriting. Thanks......
