Thanks but Mark sent me a copy.
I am aware of Loosing the filled in data on the form when it closes. I
can work around that as I do a rough on paper and would only use the
.pdf for the Smooth to submit.. Besides we are not supposed to keep any
copies of things like that after it is submitted.
