Several questions:
1) you have twelve units but do you have 12 buildings? If not, then a
set or two per library should be enough.
2) even at $7.00, it is a good price. If someone has to record it to a
'master' then make copies, you still have the price of DVDs and the
machine to copy on. More importantly, you have someones time to copy
them. If someone from my building said, "Here are the DVDs we recorded
from GC, would you make us 3 sets?" my answer would be "Here's $21. Buy
them."
Time is valuable. Why squander it?
