For those of you having phone dial-up issues, I'm curious if you've
tried updating the phone number information in MLS to try just the 800
phone number (remove the local phone number)?  We were having numerous
connection problems, and once I removed the local phone# and left just
the 800 number, most of the problems went away.  Results will vary
depending on the quality of the line provided by the CO (central
office) where you are calling.  This does result in an extra expense to
the church, but no one wins when connections can't complete
successfully.
